🛒 Order Issues

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.


✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Item not received within the estimated delivery time.
  • Item damaged or defective upon arrival (photo/video proof required).
  • Wrong item received (wrong product, size, or color).
  • Missing items from your package.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping address.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or factors beyond our control.
  • Buyer’s remorse (you no longer want the product).
  • Slight color variations or minor scratches that do not affect product use.

📩 How to Request a Return / Refund

  1. Email us at contact@jasmeenmall.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos/videos, and a short description of the issue.
  3. We will submit your request to our supplier and update you on approval.
  4. Once approved, you may receive a refund, store credit, or replacement item.

📦 Returning an Item

  • In most cases, returns are not required, as international return shipping is costly and time-consuming.
  • If a return is necessary, we will provide you with the warehouse return address.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before processing and shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
